Mr. Brar's
principal areas of practice include labor and wage and hour law
counseling and litigation. He represents employees in wage and
hour and other labor law related matters in both federal and state courts, as well
as in administrative proceedings before federal and state
agencies. Mr. Brar represents employees in matters related to the Fair Labor Standards Act, including administrative
investigations into wage and hour complaints.
In addition, Mr.
Brar represents individual clients in immigration matters before
the administrative agencies.
Along with
practicing in state courts in Utah, he is
also admitted to the United States
Court of Appeal for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Court of Utah.
Prior to starting
a law practice, Mr. Brar practiced as a licensed
professional engineer in Utah and
Wyoming.

Preston's
